Take it back, take it out, take a copy.

We respond within 30 days (UK/EU) or 45 days (California). Often much sooner.

Use the form below to submit a request under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, or Japan's APPI. We may need to verify your identity by confirming control of the email address on file before acting; we keep that verification light when we can. If you'd rather write to a human directly, email privacy@youconic.com — both routes go to the same place.

What each option means

Access / copy — we send you a JSON file with everything we hold against your account.
Correction— you tell us what's wrong; we fix it.
Deletion— we close the account and delete your rows. 7-day soft-delete window in case you change your mind, then it's gone.
Portability — same as Access, but in a machine-readable format intended for transfer to another service.
Restrict — pause processing while we verify something contested.
Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests (e.g. profiling).
Opt out of sale or sharing— we don't sell or share for cross-context advertising, but the right is yours.
Limit sensitive PI— limit our use of precise geolocation or Gmail content to what's strictly necessary for the service. (Equivalent to disconnecting the relevant connector.)
Withdraw consent — withdraw a previous consent (a connector, marketing email, etc.).
